We understand life happens so we offer a 15 min grace period. In order to give our customers the best experience possible and ensure our workshops run smoothly we will not be able to accept attendees who are more than 15 mins late.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
We offer guests full refunds or re-scheduling credit for cancellations to scheduled workshops 48 hrs (2 days) in advance to their scheduled reservation.
If you do not show for your workshop, are more than 15 mins late or fail to request to cancel/reschedule via email/text/phone within 48 hrs of your scheduled workshop, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
